Agreeing to These Terms
- This document and the other documents referenced below form our house rules or what we officially call our Terms of Use (“Terms” for short). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Kraftr. By using any of our Services, including browsing our websites, you agree to the Terms. If you don’t agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.
Please note that Section 11 contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, meaning you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

- Kraftr’s Services connect people globally to create, sell, and buy unique goods. Different rules apply depending on how you use the Services:

Your Privacy

Your Account with Kraftr
- To use some of our Services, you’ll need to create an account with Kraftr. Here are a few rules:
- You must be 18 or older to use our Services. Minors between 13 and 18 can only use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their permission and under their supervision. Children under 13 are not allowed to use Kraftr or the Services.
- Provide accurate information about yourself and do not impersonate another person or company.
- Choose an appropriate name for your account that doesn’t violate the Terms.
- You are responsible for any activity on your account, and your accounts are non-transferable.
- Keep your account password secure.
Your Content
- You are responsible for any content you post using our Services (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content, you grant Kraftr a license to use it to provide the Services and promote Kraftr, your Kraftr shop, or the Services in general.
Your Use of Our Services
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services, subject to the Terms and specific restrictions:
- Don’t use our Services to break the law.
- Pay your bills and any applicable taxes.
- Don’t steal our content or try to harm our systems.
- Follow our Trademark Policy.
- Share your ideas with us, but understand they are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- Agree to our Electronic Communications Policy.
Termination
- You may terminate your account with Kraftr at any time, and Kraftr may terminate or suspend your account if you violate our Terms. If your account is terminated, you may lose any information associated with it, including Your Content. Kraftr reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services for any or all users at any time and for any reason. The Terms will remain in effect even after your access
- Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Items You Purchase. Kraftr.net does not manufacture, store, or inspect items sold through our Services, as they are produced, listed, and sold by independent sellers. Kraftr cannot make any warranties about their quality, safety, authenticity, or legality. Legal claims related to purchased items must be brought against the seller. Kraftr is released from any claims related to items sold through our Services.
Content You Access. Kraftr is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of content posted by users. You release us from all liability relating to that content.
People You Interact With. Kraftr does not screen users other than for certain compliance and legal obligations. You release us from all liability relating to your interactions with other users.
Third-Party Services. Kraftr may contain links to third-party websites or services that we don’t own or control. Accessing these third-party services is at your own risk.
Gift Cards and Promotions. Kraftr does not make any warranties with respect to your Gift Card balance and is not responsible for unauthorized access or alterations.
WARRANTIES. Kraftr Services are provided “as is” without any kind of warranty (express or implied). We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, available, error-free, or virus-free.
LIABILITY LIMITS. Kraftr and its employees or directors shall not be liable for any lost profits, revenues, or any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages.

If Kraftr gets sued due to your actions, you agree to defend and indemnify us.
- Disputes with Other Users
In case of a dispute with another user or third party, contact the other party and try to resolve it amicably.
- Disputes with Kraftr
The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Disputes or claims arising from the Terms shall be settled by arbitration, using the English language.

We may update the Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise specified.
